Called them and they came out and gave me a free estimate that same day. Within 3 weeks I had a brand new set of Hurricane proof windows installed. Excellent work and done in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to help out community oriented businesses.

Highly recommend! Thank you for repairing what Florida storms tend to destroy- fences and windows! Bret and his crew are dependable, responsive, and perform quality work. The project even came out under budget and a day ahead of schedule! It's rare for contractors to have the trifecta- reasonable prices, honesty, and solid work. True professionals I will be using again!

Bret and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly committed to providing the best service. The quality of the impact windows is just outstanding, and I feel much more comfortable in my home.

I received quick, efficient, and quality service! My fence was falling apart and I wasn’t sure if I should repair or replace my fence. Within a day of calling, Red came to my home, assessed what I needed, answered all my questions throughly, and provided a number of options. I then received a free quote. Any questions I had once I received my quote was responded to and answered quickly by their receptionist who was a breath of fresh air to speak to with her friendly and kind customer service. The professionalism and efficiency they provided for my fence replacement was beyond what I would have expected. My new fence looks amazing and has improved the appearance of my home. This company is now my go to!

Let me review this step by step as good as I remember. I called several large well known contractor companies in the local area Cape Coral Ft. Myers . That replace old windows with new Impact windows doors plus Impact roll down Screens for the lanai area. 1st reply I received was a personal call rom Drill Sergeant Const. They were quick to answer my questions. Within 2 days they came out measured and listed to what I wanted done. Drill Sergeant call back said they had my estimate completed and would like to personally make an appointment to come back sit down and review jobs in person. We did a sit down with John and he remeasured again Then we reviewed good, better, best, window packages Plus John said lets value engineered your home to get the best results for the money we had allocated for this job. 4 days had gone by before we ever heard from and of the other companies. So we called them again. We wanted 3-4 estimates. Days or week plus later we had other companies to follow up. We did take the time to get 3-4 estimates all seemed pretty much in line. The difference was John came to our house 2 times. Once was to introduce products of windows Impact screens and then John came back 2nd time to review job and cost. Plus Good Better Best packages. Old fashion personal face to face service. We decided to go with Drill Sergeant after 3 other companies actually sent us their estimates by email and we begged to get more estimates. Zero to very little follow up. Then John explained we have one more measurement from the Forman Brett To our surprise John explained that our final inspection would be performed by Brett. He is the Supervisor and Foreman that inspects all jobs for Final Inspection "3 times" This eliminates 99% of any issues before ordering our windows, door and 2 impact screens. The constant communication and follow up we never had to call! Quality of workmanship and materials was as we expected. Installer was very neat. Did a great job and everything fit as all the extra efforts were really worth it to us. Would highly recommend this company for quality, service, price and workmanship. -- JLR
