Apart from being a patient at the clinic since it opened and a patient of Dr Mirza for nearly 14 yrs which I am entirely great full, I must make mention of Julie the receptionist. As all that deal with Julie will agree with me that she is an amazing asset to the practice. Recently I was facing some really difficult medical issues which was needing me to have more contact with Dr Mirza than usual and by phone. Julie went above and beyond her duties of just a receptionist and made those appointments happen and I'm truly blessed for her devotion and professionalism to not just the dr's but especially the patients of the clinic. There have been days when I've arrived at the clinic for an appointment feeling like absolute crap but, then I see Jule's with a beautiful smile and even the occasional hug which always makes me feel comforted. The other girls on reception are lovely and also helpful but, there's just something special about Julie and her report with the patients of HSM. Thank you Kirsty McKenzie 🙏

Today I had a M appointment with Dr Dan as well as treatment assisted by Nurse Stacey. Dr Dan explained in a language that I could understand what he found, the treatment options and his recommendations. In the Treatment Room he again went through his plan, ensuring that I was fully aware. Nurse Stacey is a very professional operator and was well prepared and assisted without prompting. I was not told until I was in the waiting room that the doctor I booked into see was not available. I have since then brought this up to reception staff stating that I was unhappy with the communication, to which they were condescending and rude over the phone. I was very unhappy with this as I had specifically come to this GP clinic for a specific doctor. I would have been happy to be called earlier in the day to rebook but no communication was forthcoming to me until attending facility.

Whilst an almost year long wait to get into the clinic was frustrating, in the end it worked out and I couldn't be happier with the standard of care. I have a chronic and complexed medical history that requires competent and concise care, the clinicians are courteous and Dr Lowe has been the most thorough GP I've seen in decades. Highly recommended.

I took my son today to see Dr Daniel Harbison. What a fantastic guy. He was amazing with the kids. Thorough in his assessment, even having a quick listen to my daughters chest to make sure it sounded OK, as she is also a little unwell. Very impressed. Thanks Doctor Dan 😃
