My doctors always been great. But reception is horrific. Called them to book a phone appointment twice just for them to never end up calling me when they said they would.
Recently received an iron transfusion at Sandhurst Medical Practice. The nurses and team were extremely accommodating, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in on me regularly, and made the experience feel comfortable and well-managed. I felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend Sandhurst Medical Practice for their attentive and compassionate care.
Dr Capes Baldwin is unqualified to do anything more than hand out scripts. I don't believe he should have a licence to practice medicine and if anything has almost made a serious situation worse do not see him.
I have never had an instance whereby I have spoken to a reception staff member at this practice where I have not been treated rudely and abruptly and have felt, in fact, dictated to. There is a message whilst you are on hold when calling that asks you be kind to the practice staff. I suggest that courtesy is a two way street and that the staff remember that people that call are generally feeling quite unwell and require assistance, not attitude!!
Very professional and treat you like a soecial person. They are happy and friendly. Always a pleasure to see these wonderful nurses
