Bulk billed and a really good service. Easy parking too. I’ve seen Dr Bilal Pathan a few times now and he’s always thorough, friendly and very punctual. Makes the whole process easy
From the minute you walk into clinic you are greeted by piped music in air conditioned comfort. The girls at reception greet you by name and a smile. Waiting room is well appointed and chairs are well spaced apart. My doctor always greets me with a smile and is a good listener taking care of my needs. The duty nurse does her work to a high standard and on my last visit took off old bandages from an operation, throughly cleaned the area and rebandaged it with new waterproof bandages. Overall, a rewarding experience.
Reception were amazing with how they handled each patient. Super efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. The doctor I saw was also efficient but not dismissive as if they were trying to hurry you out the door. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had a quick, hassle free time at a doctors like that. Would highly recommend
Dr Waheed Ahmed is always a pleasure to see. I've never once felt silly or dismissed with any issues I've gone to him with. I can definitely recommend Dr Ahmed to anyone looking for a doctor.
Both the girls on the front desk and Dr Kumudhu Buddhadasa were fabulous! Super efficient and an extremely thorough medical examination. I feel very fortunate to have discovered this medical practice who also bulk-bill.
