As a patient with multiple chronic illnesses this practice is fantastic! Julie and the other staff at reception are always friendly and as accomodating as possible. My GP helps to advocate for me with specialists and checks in with me regularly. Highly recommend

Such a great experience. The doctor was very attentive and thorough, took the time to ask detailed questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the clinic has a warm, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

If i could leave this place no stars, i would. The door was left open during my appointment and i had to ask for it to be shut, and i wasn't given a gown, it was a very uncomfortable experience. I was told there wouldn't be a bill but got one anyway, and when i tried to sort it out the practice was unwilling to help. It was also impossible to get through to admin, was on hold for over 10-15 minutes each time and never got through. I've seen this raised in another review 2 years ago, so it clearly it isn't a 'technical issue' as the practice claims. Very unprofessional.

Always a pleasure to attend this practice. Always welcomed by a lovely smile with Julie the wonderful receptionist there. Always happy to help and is always so cheery! Highly recommend this wonderful practice.
