I attended Dorevitch Pathology for a blood test, which was quickly taken and then saw the nurse for an injection. Both times I was seen promptly and professionally. Quite satisfied with the service delivery. Nice and close to home.

Had my visa medical at Bendigo Medical Group Epsom and I couldn’t be happier with the service. 5/5 stars. Every staff member I met was kind, patient and very thorough with all the checks. The whole process was smooth and well-organised. I want to especially thank Eli from Epsom Pathology. I have a severe needle phobia and my past blood tests have always ended with me feeling sick, dizzy and in pain. Eli was an absolute legend. He’s from the Philippines and his calm, friendly chat instantly put me at ease. His technique was so quick and painless that I didn’t even realise he was done. For the first time ever, I walked out of a blood test feeling completely fine - no nausea, no fainting, no pain. If you’re nervous about blood tests, ask for Eli. He’s the best. Huge thanks to the entire team at Epsom!

I had a previously booked appointment, but visiting my mum, she needed urgent care, so after an explanation, she was accepted to see doctor at same time as myself. I am very grateful. The staff are helpful & the nurses went over & beyond. A wonderful clinic.

The nurse doing my sons injection was lovely. However when i rang to book i asked if there was a fee involved? Receptionist said around $10. Was told $30 after appointment. Seems a little expensive as other clinics do the injections under medicare and there is no cost to us.
