I had a great experience with Dr. Mohamed Nawras. He was very friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. The reception staff were also welcoming, professional, and very friendly, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Mohamed Nawras and the clinic to anyone looking for a caring GP.

I had high hopes for this Medical Centre and with the great reviews however this was not the case of my experience with Dr Shuja and having read her write up of herself not expected. I made an appt to see another gp at this practice and with ease was done so with the receptionist pleasant and professional putting myself at ease doing so. However arriving to see the different gp on a newly booked appt I was then told by reception Dr Shuja was waiting to see me. I pointed out I had cancelled an upcoming appt with Dr Shuja and made an appt with a different gp and was told all is fine as I said she was not the right fit for myself. Then while sitting waiting to see the other gp Dr Shuja was then walking up and down constantly past myself in the waiting area. Saw the other gp and questioned right at the start I had seen Dr Shuja I had still left assured this was a fresh start but this did not turn out to be the case and I had not one but two doctors at the same time. It is perfectly fine to see another gp if not the right fit or comfortable at the same practice without coercian methods being used for a gp to attempt to claim a patient. Highly disrespectful, unsettling and disappointing experience to have with a gp practice.

I can’t speak highly enough of Bendigo Doctors. Dr Jawaria Shuja is truly exceptional—she always takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed, and shows genuine care and understanding at every appointment. It’s so reassuring to feel heard and supported. The admin staff and nurses are just as wonderful. They are warm, friendly and welcoming, and I’m always touched that they remember my name—it really makes a difference and creates such a comfortable, caring environment. The clinic is well organised, and everything, including billing, runs smoothly and efficiently. I’m so grateful to have found such a kind and professional team. I would highly recommend Bendigo Doctors to anyone looking for quality, compassionate healthcare.

Dr. Shuja is very accommodating with my health concerns. She puts her patients in front with care. Her advices are very much needed and helpful. I have found my GP from now on. Thank you Doctor 🙏
