I had a terrible experience with this tow company. They gave me a quote for a tow, but when it came time for service, they completely left me stranded. I waited, thinking they were on the way, but they never showed up or followed through. It’s very unprofessional to quote someone a price, make them rely on you, and then disappear without notice. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable help — especially in an emergency.
Dave's Towing was great to deal with. They were prompt with fair pricing. It is always a nice surprise to find a good company to work with. My company will be using them for all our needs in the future. Thanks again to you and your employees.
Jim (from Dave's Towing) did an excellent job towing my (FORD-Fix Or Repair Daily) Focus to Tamiami Ford Service Dept last Friday. He was prompt, courteous, knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Dave's Towing and I would hire them again! And the price was comparatively cheaper!
On a Saturday afternoon the car would not start even not with jumper cables. Called Dave’s and the call was immediately answered and towing truck promised within 45 minutes but came in 30 minutes. Loading and delivery to the workshop was done quickly. I am not used to this kind of super service and I can only highly recommend this company.
My guys were working a job in Naples (from Miami) and had a bad flat tire. We were pressed for time as we needed to make it to a tire kingdom to change the tire before they close or else my guys couldn't come back. The representative on the phone was phenomenal and worked fast to get someone out to us. I spoke to Jim (I believe was his name) and he worked extreamly hard and fast to get my guys to the tire kingdom right on time and allowed them to finish the job and come back to Miami. Thank you so much for your help and amazing service!!
