From the moment we stepped foot here to leaving was nothing but an exceptional experience! A very sweet lady named Patti asked if we need any help as soon as she saw us and provided knowledgeable experience. Patti went above and beyond providing outstanding service and was an absolute doll with my son to the point that I thought she was the owner of the nursery because of how caring and knowledgeable she was! Aside from the service, this nursery had a great selection and a lot of variety with unbeatable prices! Patti noticed a plant that wasn't doing so well and immediately separated it from the other plants. This is the 1st nursery that I've been to where I've seen an employee take immediate action. Great selection and great service! Thank you Patti!

This lawn and landscaping company was perficient and showed great professionalism in the quality of their work on my home. I can say that they brought my lawn and landscaping to life. Now I can say that if feels good to come home to a home that reflects on the integrity of this company. Keep up the great work and I’ll recommend you guys to whom ever needs quality service.

Met with Rick a few months back and our yard wasn’t in the best shape and he looked at everything with us and set us up with his recommended maintenance package and in less then two months him and his crew have made our yard look like a totally different yard. We will definitely spread the word that Danny Yates maintenance can not be matched period.

I visited Danny Yates after hearing so many positive comments about how friendly and helpful the staff was. The employee assisting me, Karen, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She made the experience pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions professionally. Unfortunately, the behavior of other employees completely changed my impression of the business. During my visit, a woman named Cheryl repeatedly interrupted Karen, spoke to her in a disrespectful manner, snatched items from her hands, and barked orders at her in front of me as a customer. It was uncomfortable and very unprofessional to witness. No employee should be treated that way, especially in front of customers. When I went to check out, I had another unpleasant interaction with an employee named Patty, who spoke to both Karen and myself in a condescending manner. The overall atmosphere felt hostile and disorganized, which was disappointing considering the reputation this business seems to have in the community. Karen was the one bright spot in my experience, and I genuinely hope she is appreciated because she handled herself professionally despite the behavior around her. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business to others.

Yates Landscaping in Cape Coral is number one in professionalism when it comes to dealing with its customers. All its employees go above and beyond to ensure you are always satisfied. Troy Yates, one of the owners, is so easy to deal with. He always gets in touch with his customers to make sure they are satisfied with the results. If you are not, he makes sure you are.
