Theron was very patient with me. I asked him so many questions and he replied back to my questions within a matter of minutes. He fixed my laptop within a few days at a very reasonable price.....cut laptop on and the display was working perfectly. I definitely got the service that I had been looking for the right price. I have taken two separate computer issues to Connect and both times I have been very impressed with their work. Theron is very personable, and handles each problem with efficiency (and compassion when he discovered my hard drive was dead!). Their turnaround times are excellent, both of my situations were resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend their service!
This is the second time I have used Connect EBS to restore my aging computer. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. All my existing programs were left undisturbed as well as all my data was intact too. My machine is running like new. Wonderful service, great communication and reasonable pricing. The first thing that drew our attention to Connect EBS Computer Repair was their reasonable cost! Then as we were dealing with them they continually showed professionalism. The computer we brought in to get fixed was my 12 year old son's and they treated him with just as much respect as if they were dealing with a businessman. They got it done within the timeframe they gave us and I continue to be impressed with the follow up email they sent wanting to make sure we were happy with their service and weren't having any issues. Chris of Connect EBS was very professional and helpful when my laptop wouldn't charge and I suspected it was the cord. Chris checked it and ordered a new cord for me. Unfortunately the new cord wouldn't be in for a week; however, Theron (owner) was kind enough to share their "office" Lenono cord with me until mine came in a week later! Very friendly, professional and kind people! Reasonable rates and considerate of your computer needs. I would recommend Connect EBS for any computer needs!
