I took my laptop to this repair shop on a Wednesday because it was overheating and then BSOD happen. Shop owner knew exactly what the issue was with my laptop. He advised me to get this computer repaired before my hard drive gets corrupted. I filled out the necessary paperwork to check my computer in. He asked me several questions. Told me we would backup my data before starting the repair. I was charged a reasonable fee to start the repair. I had a called Thursday afternoon my laptop was ready to pick up. He showed me these pictures of the repair. He explain this is the proper way to thermal the CPU & GPU chips. I was impressed with the quick turnaround time.
I recently was in need of data recovery and called a lot of places to find the best price for my needs and luckily found David Terrell and he said bring it in and we will evaluate the mac drive. I took the mac drive to his store and he quoted me $250. I was confident he could do the job correctly and he is so humorous and made me laugh. I left David the drive to do the recovery and he called me 3 days later with good news. Wow they recovered 88 percent of my data and for a good price. I highly recommend David for his great work and he treated me so special.
If I could give 10 stars I would ! I am highly impressed and genuinely pleased with the professionalism and quality of service Greg and his associates have provided. We (temporarily) lost our main business PC thus missing recipes, formulations, addresses/accounts and more, however this place remedied the situation within hours! Trust me, this is where you want your computer fixed/repaired. Choose wisely by choosing "Computer-Tech-Services".
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this computer repair company was extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a frustrating process filled with poor communication, missed deadlines, and constant excuses. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates because nobody seemed willing to keep me informed. After waiting much longer than promised, I finally got my computer back only to find that the original issue wasn’t fully resolved. Instead of taking responsibility, the company seemed more interested in making excuses than finding a solution. The biggest issue was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I felt like my time, money, and concerns simply didn’t matter. A repair service should provide clear communication, reliable work, and accountability, and unfortunately, this company fell short in all three areas. I would not use their services again and would recommend others look elsewhere before trusting them with their devices. There are plenty of companies out there that value their customers and stand behind their work.
I took my PC to this shop and was absolutely scammed. I don’t have much experience with PCs and brought my PC along with a bunch of parts hoping that they could assemble it for me after I wasn’t able to. They told me none of the parts I bought would fit in either of the two cases I had and decided to switch out all my parts with parts from an incredibly cheap test PC they had, claiming that the $650 they charged me (after charging $175 for a diagnostic) was incredibly low and normally would cost several thousand dollars. After paying, I did some research and found that the parts they charged me for are only worth about $200 brand new and the PC runs absolutely horribly. It no longer can run basic apps like Chrome without bugging and lagging, much less the games I was hoping to play. The PC I have now is worth likely about $150-$200, absolutely not the almost $800 they charged me. They completely took advantage of my inexperience and totally scammed me. I would not recommend them to anyone. Edit: the 16GB of RAM installed was DDR3, worth about $20. The SSD was provided from my old PC. The case they put it in was old, dusty, and did not have a glass panel. The PC I received is absolutely not at all worth what I paid.
