Went to repair lab for a ford territory dvd player to be fixed, was greeted with great customer service, within 2 weeks was told to come pick up the unit, with a lot of thought and trying unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it, and wasn’t charged a cent for it! Very appreciative of the effort he went to, to fix it! Very much recommend! Will go there for other things in the future 100%
I walked in feeling pretty stressed and unsure, and I walked out feeling completely relieved. Summer has this calm, steady presence that immediately puts you at ease. No judgment, no rush, no talking down to you. Just genuine care and quiet confidence. He took the time to explain things clearly and even showed me what was going on under the microscope webcam doover, which made the whole experience feel transparent and reassuring instead of intimidating. I honestly felt looked after. Like properly looked after. He was incredibly generous, both with his pricing and with his time, and there’s a real integrity to the way he works. You can tell he takes pride in doing things right and treating people well. Rare to find someone who not only knows their craft, but makes you feel safe in the process. Highly, highly recommend.
Was travelling through Bendigo and needed the port on my PS5 fixed. Summer was brilliant and very thorough with fixing the issues and went above and beyond my expectations. Plus was a competitive price. Would definitely recommend 😊
I took my sons PS5 in here to get a new HDMI port put in and Summer was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He got it fixed on the same day. He took the time to show us other things that can go wrong with them and also cleaned the PS5 as well. Would highly recommend going to him if you have any issues.
