I had a great experience at Prototech Computers. My laptop suddenly stopped charging (the charger was fine), and I had been to several repair shops with no solution. It was quite stressful as I have a few university assignments due soon. Logan was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though it was his last day, he took the time to check my laptop and fixed the issue within minutes. He genuinely saved me a lot of stress. Thank you again, and I hope Logan has an amazing trip around Asia! Highly recommend.
We were very pleased with the service David provided today. It was a complicated issue and he patiently worked through it.

Excellent problem solving! In the past, I have been provided with options to solve my computer issues. Solved! Recently I bought a printer that wouldn't operate with my Windows 7 PC. Dave found the driver, installed and tested it. Works great! Another great result! 👍
