I've shopped at Centrecom for a few years and had some mixed experiences. Most of the staff are decent sales people, smile and greet you as you walk in with good knowledge about their products and tech in general. A few of the staff are less friendly and less knowledgeable. But some of their policies are kind of annoying. 20% restock fee, a surcharge fee (I think it was like 5-6% but could be wrong), inconsistent return policies, inconsistent click and collect policies. overall they're okay, good prices, decent staff, but definitely has some things to work on.
