I can’t express how professional Coastal Containers was when inquiring about a dumpster. Andrew called before placing the dumpster to see exactly where we needed it to be put and the pick of the dumpster was just as smooth as the delivery. We will definitely be using their services again and will recommend to our friends and family.
Coastal containers is what you need. My container was dropped off the same day I ordered it. Customer service is the best! The price is right and the people are kind and courteous, and pay attention to detail. They were right on time dropping off and picking up. I needed my container for a longer period of time, and this was no problem. Coastal containers are the only container, dumpsters you will ever need. Coastal was great to work with. When I had a question, Andrew was quick to the phone and was pleasant and helpful. On delivery day, there had been a truck fire at the dump which halted their dumping, so there were no empty containers. So they went out of their way to bring a partly filled container, so I could load up the day’s debris. Then, they brought a fresh container the next day and took the other away with no dumping charge for what I had loaded. Then offered a 10% discount on the dumping fee. Very pleasant people to deal with and good pricing. I will use them again
Renting a dumpster to clean out my house was easy. Delivery was prompt and I appreciate that boards were used to help protect my driveway. When I was done just texted to schedule the pickup of the dumpster. Got my invoice for the weight over the allowance the same day and was easily able to pay that and see the pounds that I was over. Overall was an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster to do any purging!
