I purchased 2 pairs of Hammill & Co pants which arrived promptly via post (to Melbourne). Unfortunately when I went to try on one pair of pants the security tag was still attached (these things happen). I contacted Yvonne who was extremely apologetic. I returned the pants & Yvonne promptly refunded the cost of my postage & resent the pants (minus the security tag) & a t-shirt for the inconvenience. This all transpired over a week, excellent service. Whilst it wasn’t ideal to receive the initial pair of pants with the security tag the issue was rectified immediately (& it’s not like I’m going anywhere during lockdown in Melbourne). Yvonne was friendly, professional & apologetic. Great service & I’d definitely order from them again. Thank you.
I highly recommend buying online with this shop. I bought a dress Thursday afternoon and it arrived at my Melbourne address on the Friday morning. Unbelievable service. Ps I loved the dress.
One of my favourite store. Beautiful European and Australian brand. Clothing from casual to evening wear and some items for that special night out to the theatre. Pricing is reasonable.
