I haven't been to Ghanda for a few years, due to last time I went there the staff reacted towards me as if I had been diseased. I need to wear skirts and dresses through the summer period for health issues. While I was in the shop today with my wife the staff were very helpful and understanding. The experience was pleasant and I purchased a skirt from the fantastic crew. Thanks to all the staff.
Ghanda have absolutely wonderful staff. All the times I have been here They have been extremely welcoming and helpful.
Best customer service I've had in Bendigo. I really appreciate the time and effort the staff put in to help me pick a matching outfit. I don't shop much and the staff really accommodated me.
I went in to store on Saturday the 27th of July. The staff members were so incredibly bubbly and kind. I’m not one to leave reviews but I thought their customer service deserved some recognition. Thanks for being so kind girls! I’d had a really rough morning with my two daughters in hospital and was in getting some clothes for our hospital stay and they honestly made my day!
Every time I shop here the service is excellent. Doesn’t matter if I am shopping with my adult daughters or for myself (a more mature woman) I cannot fault the quality of service given by all staff. Keep up the good work guys!
