Knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Deliveries show up on time. I have been purchasing products personally and thru several company accounts for nearly a decade. Customer service is top notch, they deliver to job site, and they are stocked with products of varying price. Jon and Scott are eager to help and earn a customer for life.

Jon is amazing to work with at this location, takes the time to help you when you are in need of odd ball items or just any naterial in general. He is very responsive, and gets answers for you quickly! I highly reccomend coming to this store for all your electrical needs.

Very rude guy was at the front desk, I just ask for parts and wasn’t sure is it correct or not, and want to double check but he was so nervous and rude, I don’t know why, I didn’t argue, if he want to sell something good idea to little bit help customers or just say “I don’t know” don’t be so rude, and he doesn’t know what is he selling, another guy who finally sold me the parts was good but first impression very sad. very disappointed. I was in that store few times before and was very happy, but today incident broke my day and mood (

The branch manager Jon is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you find something you need if they don't have it. The counter guys are great and always willing to see if another city electeic has what im looking for if they don't have it.

Talk about Customer service! It’s not often when you feel someone truly has your back and your best interest in mind. Jon LaRocque has been my rep from the first time I met him. Talk about professional, honest, and truly goes out of his way to take care of his customers. Truly a bond with someone who honestly will scratch your back. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are really taken care of from sourcing materials, to getting you materials when you need them the most, to being humble but straight shooter. When they say it’s not the place but the people who work there that make it, this is the honest truth with this store and Jon. This place really earns your business and will try their honest best to make sure you have what you need and want when you need and want it. Will always have my business here as long as Jon is there.
