First time at this store, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The door was locked even though there were two employees inside. There were about six cars stuck in the drive-thru and three DoorDash drivers waiting for orders. No one acknowledged anyone — they wouldn’t come to the window, wouldn’t explain what was going on, nothing. The 2 employees just walked around inside like zombies. Eventually, three of the DoorDash drivers gave up and left, and people outside started honking their horns. I’ve never seen anything like it. Completely unprofessional and pretty pathetic. I was one of the door dash drivers. I left. Never ate there and never would. Mind you the windows of drive thru were so covered in grease I never would want to eat there!!

Very slow you will definitely be waiting for your food. Waited 10 mins in drive thru and was told I had to come in for my mobile order. Then I had to wait another 10-15 mins and all I had was a 3 piece. So definitely have your food ordered in advanced.

Had not been to Church's in a long time and when I realized one was close I decided to update that. Staff was friendly but extremely inefficient. Lots of walking around without producing results. Also they were out of so many menu items. I managed to get a meal for the family but we basically took what we could get for sides. I would understand late at night but I was there at the beginning of supper. Chicken was great and the sides we got were ok. I will maybe give them another shot if I'm in the area at the right time but this store needs some management attention.

I waited an HOUR almost TWO for an online order. When I arrive in the dining room people are already saying they have been waiting and I decided to give them grace as they seem to be short staffed. Everyone is getting their food but me, I knew it was a wait on chicken and that was fine but an HOUR then once the chicken is up there’s no biscuits. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in and stood there and was ignored for about 30 minutes even after I tried to get someone’s attention. This was my very first time trying church’s and unfortunately from this experience I will never ever be back. Upper management needs to also be better, why would you leave your staff struggling and short staffed? The entire place needs to be clean and trained properly.

Don’t even bother services sucks wait time is any can be up to an hour even if you place your order online like I did! I wait in line for 10 mins just to get to the register for the girl to not even acknowledge me and start making biscuits with no gloves.
