⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Bendigo Property Maintenance. Jyh and his team were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. What impressed me the most was their communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire project, responded promptly to every question, and always did exactly what they said they would do. They never overpromised—only committed to what they could realistically deliver, and then delivered on time. That level of honesty and reliability is hard to find these days. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. It's clear they take pride in their work. If you're looking for a trustworthy property maintenance company, don't waste your time shopping around—talk to BPM first. I highly recommend Jyh and his team and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Our 10 year old garage doors were taking in moisture such that the marine plywood panels were rotting badly. We had previously had a local painter repair and repaint them on two occasions. I approached BPM who promptly inspected the job and provided a detailed quotation. Darcy soon turned up and did an excellent job of renovating both doors. He was polite, diligent, thorough and constantly kept us well informed of progress. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Another job well done. Very pleased with the finished job. With the new roof on my front porch makes it look so much better. Price was reasonable & from quote to finish was quick. So know I will be calling them up around doing some work on the bathroom 🙂👍

Nothing but praise and accolades for the team at Bendigo Property Maintenance I was booked in for a hip replacement and needed my bathroom renovated and made safe for post op recovery. This amazing team pulled out all stops and I came home to a safe, and beautiful bathroom. Great teamwork and superb customer service. The girls that work in the office are so accommodating and helpful. Tradesmen, supervisors, all the very best. Could not be more satisfied.

Exceptional service from BPM ..... Called to have a sliding screen door looked at, Peter arrived before scheduled time, got straight on the job & our problem fixed within the hour. To say we were happy with the service is an understatement. From my 1st call , to finished job, was easy & smooth sailing..... we will definitely be using your service again..... Highly recommended these guys for any job you made need done, very impressed to say the least...... absolutely loving how smoothly our slider is sliding 👌
