We hired an 8‑seater SUV for our road trip from Melbourne to Darwin, covering over 4,000 km. The service was excellent from the moment we made the booking to the easy return at Darwin Airport before flying back to Melbourne. The car was brand new, extremely reliable, and very comfortable for the long journey. We highly recommend Hertz Noble Park to anyone looking for great service and quality vehicles.
The Rav4 hybrid was a great car to drive.It took a bit of getting to know all the warning beeps but I felt safe driving it. Due to hold-ups I needed it longer than anticipated but they allowed extensions. Staff were very helpful.
The truck was excellent, and the service outstanding. My only issue was the process around inspecting the vehicle - it was like you had to sign the agreement before doing the actual inspection.
Great service, clear communication, friendly staff. The car was clean, new, and great on fuel. I liked the option to pay upfront for fuel or chose to fill up before returning. The down side is there is no out of hour return option.
