I lost my life partner 3 1/2 years ago. Bill was very helpful to me during a very difficult time in my life. He was very sympathetic and helped me understand the entire process. Today I met with Ann regarding my advance directives for my funeral. Ann did a great job of explaining everything to me. In both situations I never felt pressure as what I should choose. I highly recommend Baldwin Brothers.

We didn't know what to expect but Anne made our experience quite pleasant and easy to understand. She did a great job with her presentation from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

My mother passed away last month while wintering in FL. When I contacted Bill at Baldwin Brothers for her arrangements he was very helpful and knowledgeable on out of state prepaid. He understood our family's needs and even personally picked up mom's death certificates. From start to end, Bill was very helpful anded eased my stress. Thank you!
