Dr. Keller and his staff are professional and pleasant to work with. They listen to what I wanted and made suggestions based on what would be best for me and my skin type. Haley was very knowledgeable and gentle when administering the injections. She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Augusta Road Aesthetics to all of my friends and know you will have a wonderful experience there.

I have had acne scars and texture from years of adolescent and adult cystic acne for years that I have always been very insecure about. The acne has since cleared, but I was left with some moderate acne scarring in the form of irregular texture on both of my cheeks. Since my early 20s I have spent (literally) thousand of dollars in various treatments (lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, etc.) to correct it and nothing ever helped. I initially had a consultation with Dr. Keller, who recommended I see Chris, as she is very knowledgeable about what my concerns were. She recommended HALO laser, but was also kept my expectations realistic that I may need multiple treatments and I may not ever get “perfect” skin. I decided to go through with the process and accepted that if this didn’t work, there probably wouldn’t be many other options for me. After doing a combination treatment Radiesse and HALO laser, I can confidently say that the textured acne scars I have been trying to get rid of forever are pretty much gone, and the treatment has far exceeded my expectations of what my skin could look like. I am so grateful to have an office that actually listened to my concerns and recommended something different than the same things I kept getting recommended in the past. I am so happy with my skin and will definitely keep coming here in the future to keep improving and maintaining my skin! It was an investment, but completely worth it to me. Thank you Chris!

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I was helped, and they took time to hear what I needed. Noelle is the one who helped me with what I needed to get done. I went in for a hydra facial, not really knowing if that’s what I needed, but she knew I needed something else. So she’s been working with me, and I already feel better, and I’m excited for more results. I highly recommend Augusta Road Aesthetics.

I recently had a series of Moxi laser treatments at Augusta Esthetic, and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. I was promised noticeable improvements, but instead my skin reacted poorly and did not show the results I was hoping for. Two of my treatments were done by Haley, and I felt the sessions were rushed—she only went over my face once with the laser. After those treatments, my skin broke out badly and became more irritated than before. My last session was done by Melisa, and she did a more thorough job compared to my previous visits. However, by that point my skin was already struggling. I would not recommend Moxi treatments for anyone with acne-prone skin, as it made my condition worse rather than better. Overall, I felt like the focus was more on selling the service than truly helping improve my skin.
