I highly recommend Arnold Roberts Signature Homes. They recently completed our beautiful new home on Pine Island with outstanding quality and craftsmanship. From the first meeting, we were impressed with how organized and thorough they were. We visited four different builders in our search, yet we knew Arnold Roberts was the one we were going to go with the minute we walked out of that first meeting with them. Joe and his team worked with me on numerous design changes to suit our somewhat smaller waterfront lot on the island. Carol Ann, Brandon, Nick and Kyle were fantastic to work with throughout the build process. 10 months, start - to - finish. Impressive! I believe that Arnold Roberts Signature Homes delivered a final product that is of significantly higher quality than the other builders we researched, and at a better value. 5-Star. 100%.

My experience with Arnold Roberts Signature Homes for building my custom home (Chelsea floorplan) was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, they demonstrated genuine personal attention to my needs, taking the time to truly understand my vision and preferences. The selection process up front, and the app, made the entire process so much more organized and the team was willing to work with me when I decided to make changes without question or complaint. The entire team consistently displayed a high level of professionalism and reliability throughout the project. Communication was always clear, prompt, and attentive, keeping me well-informed and involved in every step of the process. Arnold Roberts's ability and willingness to work with me when unexpected situations occurred was notable. They really treated me like a friend/neighbor and went above and beyond to accommodate me so that my dream home could become a reality. They handled challenges professionally, finding effective solutions and keeping projects on track. The timeliness of their building process was truly impressive. The project was completed efficiently, and in some cases, even ahead of schedule. Even with the rapid pace, the quality of work remained very high. I, as well as friends who have used other builders in the area, have been impressed at how many upgrades come standard in AR homes that were not offered to them. AR always maintained a high standard of craftsmanship, using quality materials, and paying close attention to detail. They deliver quality work, exceptional customer service, and timely project completion. I can already tell that their post-closing team will demonstrate the same attentiveness they provided throughout the build!! I cannot recommend Arnold Roberts Signature Homes highly enough for those seeking a professional and reliable builder. They built my dream home and for that I am truly grateful!

We are very happy with our decision to choose Arnold Roberts as our builder. They won us over with their in-depth expertise, lots of helpful tips, and tours of some really beautiful homes they had already built. Working with the entire Arnold Roberts team during sales and construction phases was simply fantastic, as they delivered on their promises with outstanding professionalism. Joe and his team really understand their business and focus on providing high customer value. Brandon and Kyle in particular did a great job on site and kept us updated with hundreds of detailed photos while we were abroad – this really helped us to track the progress. We absolutely love our new home built by Arnold Robert’s. Everything from the beginning to the end was handled with complete professionalism and knowledge of the craft. Even our lender inspector commented multiple times when walking through how beautiful it was and how he could tell which home builders stand out from the rest, he was impressed at the high level of construction. Shout out to Brandon, Kyle and Joe. I also wanted to mention the subcontractors did an amazing job too.
