Really positive experience with Apex from start to finish. They provided a competitive quote for repairs to a downpipe and adjacent mortar. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Communication throughout was refreshingly swift and clear and they were accommodating of additional requirements which were addressed with care and attention. Would definitely use Apex again.

When our roof was damaged in a severe storm, Apex responded quickly and professionally which was a huge relief. During the repair process a skylight was unfortunately broken, but Apex handled the situation gracefully, repairing the skylight, working around my schedule, and completing all work to the highest standard. Throughout the entire process, their team were courteous, responsive and reliable – a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Apex, not only for their swift initial repair but for their integrity and how they resolved an unforeseen issue.
I can’t recommend Apex enough. They provided quotes well in advance, and despite long delays caused by missing shares, they were consistently patient and courteous. The quality of the work is excellent, and their team were unfailingly polite and professional from start to finish.
Did an absolutely excellent job. We had the slanted sections of the roof on a big tenement building replaced, more than £50k worth of work. It was urgent as the roof was leaking quite badly, apex were able to start work very rapidly. They were the cheapest quote, but the standard of work was excellent. Any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Would definitely work with Scott from Apex again.
