Carlos, is an outstanding young man. Polite, professional and hard working. Don’t let his age fool you though. He knows his stuff. Would highly recommend him for any HVAC needs you might have. Came highly recommended to me from my neighbor two houses down the street. His parents should be proud of the son they raised. It seems like Carlos and his helper Danny work well together. I would give him 6 stars if I could! Carlos and Danny unhooked our heating/ac unit and replaced with a 4 year old used system I had purchased. Contacted him on Monday and work was completed by Wednesday as we have to leave for our home in Indiana tomorrow. G
If you need service on your HVAC, you better call these guys. Carlos came out quickly (on a Saturday) and took care of everything for us. I cannot recommend him enough. I would give 6 stars if they let me. He explained everything and made sure everything was good before he left. No BS, just great workmanship and a great experience. Didn't try to sell us anything, just fixed what was wrong. You cannot go wrong with Air Now. If you go with someone else, don't say I didn't warn you.
I highly recommend this company! If I could give them 10 stars I would. My experience was so great. Carlos is polite, fair and knows his business. I can't thank him enough. I needed a reliable company that doesn't take advantage of seniors! He is the company to call.
Joy is a amazing person, she took incredible care of our system, she didn't just come in and say things that we needed. She actually came in, sat down with us, explained our system and what we needed for our system to be more efficient last longer and not run as much or as long to cool and heat our home as well as savings when it comes to electric bills and so on, also I am allergic to mold. So I'm very glad that she sat down and went over this so we don't have any growth mold or bacteria in our systems and we are protected. She's very good at her job and explains it well.
Excellent communication throughout the entire process l. The technicians treated our home with great care and thoroughly cleaned each part of our entire home unit. They were responsive and well worth the price for the quality we receive!
