Thanks Sally, Steve & Matt for your great back up service when I had a problem connecting to a new wifi network. The ducted Panasonic A/C itself works great and keeps me toasty warm in the Bendigo winter & cucumber cool in the summer. I could not be happier.
Excellent products, competitive price and fantastic service! You better believe it. The installation of my new Panasonic split system air conditioner was "a breeze" with MCG. I made an appointment with Steve McGurk for a quote on a new unit and installation. He was so good, making sure I purchased the right unit for my apartment. Now installed, and after 48 hours, love it. It has been the best choice ever. The Panasonic system is awesome. Soooo quiet after my old split system, especially with connectivity to my home WiFi network as well. Special thanks to Matt, Clint and their new baby apprentice for the great job on my installation. They where terrific guys to deal with. Gold Star guys. Super happy.

I had my ducted reverse cycle air conditioning updated last year with MCG -very happy with the initial job as well as the after sales service! Steve and his boys are always helpful and respectful. I had an issue with the app yesterday which Clint came around and very patiently fixed and showed me how to navigate for future. I highly recommend MCG!
We have just had a ducted heating and refrigerator system installed by MCG Air-conditioning and refrigeration couldn't have asked for a better result.
