Advanced Dermatology in Greenville, SC takes good care of patients. Professional and caring. However, the parent company responsible for sending out appointment reminders way over does it. PLEASE STOP SENDING 5-6 REMINDERS THROUGH EMAIL, TEXTS, AND VOICE MESSAGES. One reminder is sufficient. It is annoying to get that many reminders. Maybe you can set something up in a patient's profile page to allow the patient to limit the number of contacts. Thank you
My experience was great. My appointment wasn’t until the next day. I got it mixed up. I went in, they worked me right in. When I mean in I mean in. I did my paperwork. Maybe 2 mins they was calling me back. I love that. Got me in and out. I would recommend this practice. Thank you!!!
