Our project presented genuine technical complexity from the outset. Working within a converted warehouse with a double-height ceiling of 5–6 metres, they installed two split system HVAC units, with all cabling and conduit run through the full height of the ceiling void using a scissor lift. The external condensers were installed on the rooftop, also requiring scissor lift access, and this is where the complexity truly tested the team. The Owners Corporation was particularly particular about condenser positioning on the roof, requiring drawings to be revised, resubmitted and reworked multiple times to meet their exacting requirements. Not once did anyone on this team make us feel like that was a burden. What sets 1st Call Electrical apart isn't just technical capability — it's the people and how they operate. **Arthur** on the tools was diligent, careful and took real pride in the quality of his work, leaving the site cleaner than he found it. **Luke**, who managed the project and produced all drawings and plans, is one of those rare people who is equally exceptional with both the technical work and the human side of the job. He organised FaceTime calls first thing in the morning so we could review progress and make decisions before I headed into my day job — a small gesture that made an enormous difference when you're managing a fitout remotely and against the clock. And then there's Rowan, the owner. In a world where business owners are often impossible to reach, Rowan reached out to me on a Saturday — unprompted — to talk through the proposal, fully aware of our approaching opening date and the time pressures we were under. That level of ownership, care, and commercial awareness is simply exceptional. We were so impressed that we've immediately engaged the team again for the next phase of our fitout — installation of six double GPOs throughout Studio 1. This is a really impressive service. Rowan and Luke were both great to deal with - very down-to-earth, flexible, friendly and organised. The two technicians (Thomas and Tom) were kind, respectful, reliable, patient and they did a flawless job. Highly recommend!

My main safety switch recently tripped, so I searched online and immediately called 1st Call Electrical to arrange for someone to come out and identify the faulty appliance. Luke called me back straight away and said he could likely help over the phone instead. He patiently guided me through all the necessary steps, and we were able to resolve the issue without needing a service call. I was extremely impressed with Luke’s honesty, professionalism, and customer service. He easily could have charged me for a call-out, but instead took the time to help me fix the problem myself — which is rare these days. I would definitely use 1st Call Electrical again and highly recommend them to others.

I got 1st Call in to do a tricky air-conditioning installation in my CBD apartment which other installers had declined to even quote after seeing pictures. Their quoting process has straight forward. They answered all of my Owners Corporation questions promptly. The installation of the system was excellent. They had to make three cuts in the plaster which were covered with removable hatches should future access be required. Other installers were just going to leave the plaster holes for me to repair. At the end of the job the site was left very clean, with all rubbish removed. They have some nice touches to their service like sending you a photo of whom will be arriving for the installation as I had to meet them in the street outside my apartment. As mentioned in previous reviews for them they might not be the cheapest but the service and quality of workmanship is up there with the best. 100% recommend.

I was attended by Nathan and his work is peak to perfection!! I needed the telephone port brought back and he took great care of the renovated areas and everything works! Thank you 1st Electrical!!
